Indian football fans of Argentina perform worship in support of the team in Kolkata, 10 June 2006, the day after the FIFA World Cup 2006 kicked off in Germany. Television viewership in India for past World Cups has been known to surpass that of football powerhouses like England, Brazil and Argentina even though the country has never figured in the premier event. India will turn into a nation of couch potatoes and spend sleepless nights for a month cheering their favourite team.

I'm sure that makes up for forgetting to go back and thank La Virgen. It also will probably not help your strategy to have Argentina lose. :-)
