Probably :) Except that JoAnna and Paul couldn't be missionaries to the "heart of Uruguay" anymore. :) I suppose they could be missionaries to northern Argentina. :)
When I finally read the article, I was intrigued by the protest by a bikini-clad Argentine woman at the summit in Vienna. What exactly is the reasoning behind protesting in a bikini? How exactly does that relate to building a paper mill on the Uruguay River???
