Paper Mill Controversy

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) -- The World Court ruled Thursday that Uruguay can continue building two paper mills on the river that forms its border with Argentina, rejecting an Argentine request for an immediate construction halt.

Except that JoAnna and Paul couldn't be missionaries to the "heart of Uruguay" anymore. :) I suppose they could be missionaries to northern Argentina. :)

When I finally read the article, I was intrigued by the protest by a bikini-clad Argentine woman at the summit in Vienna. What exactly is the reasoning behind protesting in a bikini? How exactly does that relate to building a paper mill on the Uruguay River???
